This week in STEM, the 4/5s looked at various audits for water, energy usage, and waste, and after analyzing those, they created their own audit for a specific topic. Then, they used the audits they wrote to analyze the sustainability of our school! In groups, they went around the school and analyzed the water systems, waste system, and energy usage throughout the building. They gathered data on the audits that they designed. Next week, we will analyze the data and come up with an action plan to make our school more sustainable!
